We have secured low rates starting at $192 (plus tax) per night for this 4.5 Stars hotel during peak season. The entire hotel is reserved just for us!
Think of the HOST Hotel as your Bear Kingdom home away from home. All pool parties, meal events and performances, seminars and shuttles will be based here.
You must purchase a Registration package for the event to receive a hotel booking link via email. This link is unique to you and allows you to book one room.
Do not share this link or try to book multiple rooms, any subsequent bookings will be cancelled by the hotel. If you need more than one room make sure to register with someone else separately so they can receive a booking link themselves. Do not call the hotel directly to book your room, they will refer you back to the booking link and Cannonball.
When the host hotel is sold out, we will have two overflow hotels near-by, more details to follow. Also, as always, we will have a HOST Hotel waiting list.

Important Information

A Four-Night minimum is required with Wednesday thru Sunday block required.
- You can book nights before and after but it must include Wednesday to Sunday.
- All reservations must be made with a major credit card. One night’s non-refundable room and tax will be collected at time of booking. Full payment is required by Sept 15th, 2024
- A limited number of nights before and after our required room-block will be available so that you can extend your stay.
- There is a limit of ONE room reservation per name. We cannot “hold” or “transfer” rooms.
- Check-in begins at 4:00pm and checkout time is 11:00am. No late check outs will be permitted. A $75/per day authorization will be required upon check-in for incidentals.
- Upon request, the Westin will arrange for baggage storage for attendees’ luggage until actual departure from the Hotel.
HOST HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations for HOST Hotel room up to Sept 15th will be accepted but initial deposit of one room night is not refundable or transferable.
Cancellations for HOST Hotel room after Sept 15th are not refundable or transferable.
