CANNONBALL Registration, Excursions and Meal Events
CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: cannonballbash@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and Order number.
  • All refunds will be responded to within 7 business days.
  • Cannonball refunds will be available up to 45 days prior to event start date of Wed, October 30th, 2024.
  • Registration passes are non-transferable, No exceptions!
  • Cancellations made after Sept 11th, 2024 are completely non-refundable.
  • This only cancels your registration pass, Excurions and Meal Events, your Hotel Reservation must be cancelled via the HOTEL.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a $39 Cancellation Fee to recuperate payment processing and handling fees.
