CANNONBALL REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: cannonballbash@gmail.com with the subject line reading refund request, All refunds will be responded to within 5 business days. Full Cannonball refund will be available 30 days prior to event start date of Thursday, October 31st, 2019.

 

CANNONBALL HOTEL RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations MUST be made prior to Oct 1st, 2019 to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after Oct 1-15th, 2019 are subject to a two day hotel charge.
Cancellations made after Oct 15th, 2019 are non-refundable and will incur a full three day hotel charge.
