Step by Step Guide to Register for Cannonball 2024

  1. Your first step, once Registration is open, will be to register yourself for the event.
  2. Click on “Register Now” on the top of the page and you will be taken to our Registration Package selection page. Here you will choose whether you want a full CB Event Pass, a CB VIP Event Pass or one of our Day Passes. Select one and it will show you the current pricing, remember, prices go up as we get closer to the event date.
  3. Next you will click on “Excursions” and select one or more of our various Excursions.
  4. Next you will click “Add-ons” and select one or more of our various Meal included events and T-Shirt selection.
  5. Once you finalize your package, excursions and add-ons proceed to “Add to Cart” and complete your purchase by clicking on “Proceed to Checkout”. At checkout you will provide your details. Make sure your email is valid and accurate as this is where you will receive critical information from us, including your hotel booking link.

Once you complete your purchase and are registered you will receive an order confirmation which includes the Host Hotel booking link via email. We anticipate high demand and for the host hotel to book up quickly so please take action as soon as possible. 

A Four-Night minimum is required with Wednesday thru Sunday block required.  You can book nights before and after but it must include Wednesday to Sunday.  

Once the host hotel is sold-out, we will open the overflow hotels nearby. Please do not contact any hotel directly, booking is restricted to our unique link only.

If you do not receive your host hotel booking link within a few minutes of completing your purchase, please contact Alexander Bernal, our hotel coordinator, at Forward your completed purchase email and state that you did not receive your link. Please act quickly as the host hotel fills up quickly. Cannonball is not responsible for any delays in you receiving and/or acting on these emails promptly.

PRE-PURCHASED PASSES: For those of you who pre-purchased last year during our Early Registration sale, we will send you a unique email 30 minutes before full registration opens with your hotel booking link. Please take action quickly as we will not hold rooms once full registration opens.

Previous Cannonball Guests: You might already have your email registered with us and should validate that it is still in service and your login with our site is still functional. You can always click on LOGIN or MY ACCOUNT to validate.
